    Non-members can pay $500 annual membership dues and attend for free. LAMMICO insureds are eligible to have their dues reimbursed after attending the LAMMICO Risk Management Presentation.
  • Covers the cost of 2021 Membership Dues.

    In accordance with our partnership agreement with LAMMICO, any ASC who participates in the LAMMICO Risk Management Lecture is entitled to be reimbursed for their annual dues.

This presentation will discuss some of the primary challenges faced by Ambulatory Surgery Centers as Louisiana and the country becomes increasingly “vaccinated” against COVID-19. Some of the legal and regulatory issues that will be discussed include:

  • ASC Mergers and Acquisitions involving hospitals and Private Equity investors
  • ASC business relationships and Fraud Risks, such as anesthesia agreements and physician-owned equipment companies
  • Impact of recent Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute changes
