With Ambulatory Surgery Centers increasingly providing more complex procedures to patients with higher acuity levels, awareness of the liability risks that could be lurking is critical. This presentation will highlight the current risk issues associated with expansion of services that were traditionally limited to inpatient settings. Practical solutions to address these evolving risks will be discussed.
