This presentation will highlight the current risk issues associated with expansion of services that were traditionally limited to inpatient settings. Practical solutions to address these evolving risks will be discussed.
LAMMICO is presenting this special risk management session. LASCA members insured with LAMMICO who attend this presentation will receive a premium discount of five percent to be applied to their facility’s professional liability premium. LAMMICO also reimburses the cost of the LASCA annual membership dues for LAMMICO insureds.
